zinotaのガラクタ箱

部下のモチベーションが下がっているのに気づいた幹部社員のとった行動と言うのが、
部会で
「おい、お前ら最近モチベーションが低下しているぞ、モチベーションを上げろ！」
だった。びっくりした。

そして再び、部門関連携がうまく行っていないことに気づいた幹部社員のとった行動と言うのが、
部会で
「おい、お前らにはコミュニケーション能力が足りない、コミュニケーション能力を向上しろ！」
だった。

びっくりして言葉がでなかった。
うつ病復帰社員にかける言葉が
「おい、元気出せよ！」
だし。 冗談のようでホントの話です。
